FAQ


Question: How long will my products last?
Answer: You should try to use your products within 3-4 months. They are best kept out of direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. We hope that you will love them, use them every day and want to reorder before that! If you need to extend their shelf life, it is best to try and avoid introducing bacteria by making sure your hands are clean and dry before using the product. They should last approximately 1 year if properly cared for and stored.

Question: Is there a full list of ingredients I can read?
Answer: Each product we sell has a complete ingredient list on the label, or you can view them on our website. If you have any questions about an ingredient, please send us an email.

Question: What if I don't like a product I ordered?
Answer: Let us know! It's very important to us that you are happy with what you receive. We'll do what it takes, just send us an email and tell us what we can do for you.

Question: Do you have Kosher and Vegan products?
Answer: Our Calming Lavender & Chamomile Toner is certified Vegan. We recognize the importance of these products to our customers and are working towards expanding to include more of both in the near future. Sign up for our newsletter so we can keep you up to date on product developments.

Question: What do you use to preserve your products?
Answer: Our manufacturing company has combined the properties of rooibos extract, vitamin E, black willow bark extract, rosemary oleoresin and neem oil to create the preservative system we use.

Question: Can I place an order and have it shipped to someone else?
Answer: Of course! If you would like your order gift wrapped and to include a gift card, please send us an email at info@graceandpepper.com after you place your order with your order number.

Question: Can I track my order?
Answer: Absolutely! When we ship your order you will receive an email that will include a tracking link.

Question: Where are your products made?
Answer: Our corporate office is in San Diego, California. We support our local and national economy by partnering with companies within the United States that support our vision and share in the same ethical business practices.

Question: Can I order over the phone?
Answer: Definitely, just give us a call. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Question: What about animal testing and ingredients that were tested on animals?
Answer: We do not, nor will we ever test or use ingredients tested on our animal friends. In fact, we are proud to be a part of PETA’s cruelty free program. Our friends and family are self proclaimed “product junkies” and happily help us out with testing every product we sell.

Question: Are your products safe to use if I'm expecting or plan on becoming a mom?
Answer: Yes absolutely, but please keep in mind that you might be more sensitive to certain essential oils during that time.  As our product line grows we will be sure to keep you up to date on any changes.
