Shipping Policy

All packages are shipped from our head office in San Diego, California USA.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to duty and/or taxes, which will be the recipients responsibility.  We will make every effort possible to minimize these charges.

We use several different carriers to meet our shipping needs. Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days, Monday - Friday. Our delivery estimations are based on times provided to us by the carrier. We cannot make any guarantees on the accuracy or anticipate delays, but we will work with you to help expedite any order you place.

Order Status

You will receive an e-mail once your package ships that will include the tracking number. Please retain this information for further reference until you have received your items.
